# Aviation

This Aviation THC Mocktail reimagines the classic with a modern, alcohol-free twist: black cherry Nowadays steps in, layered with fresh lemon juice, violet syrup, and a touch of simple syrup for balance. A dash of peach bitters adds subtle complexity, while a cherry juice float deepens the color and fruit notes. Finished with edible orchids, it’s elegant, aromatic, and designed to feel cocktail-bar polished.
