# Blackberry Bramble

This playful THC mocktail riffs on the classic Bramble with bright citrus, juicy blackberries, and a hint of mint. It’s fruity without being sweet, light without being simple, and perfect for sipping on a sunny afternoon or at a casual gathering — all the sophisticated flavor of a craft cocktail, but totally alcohol-free.

## Ingredients

- 1.5 oz. Nowadays
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Blackberries
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- 2 oz. Soda Water

### Preparation

- Muddle blackberries.
- Slap mint leaves between hands and add to shaker along with lemon juice, simple syrup and Nowadays.
- Shake with ice and strain into ice filled lowball glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint sprig and/or blackberry.
